Why Control Diabetes?
blood glucose level graphOne of the first words a new patient encounters when diagnosed is the word “control.” In diabetes, control means keeping your blood glucose levels in a range between levels that are considered not too low or too high.

This may be achieved by maintaining a balance between food, exercise and medication (if required). Research conclusively shows that problems from diabetes can be greatly reduced by keeping the blood sugar within target ranges.
